Rob Jenson is the Director and Head of Ecommerce and Insights at STIHL US, where he leads the company's digital commerce strategy and marketplace initiatives, as well as market research team. He focuses on building ecommerce experiences that integrate STIHL's nationwide dealer network with modern online purchasing, enabling customers to shop seamlessly while maintaining the expertise and service of local dealers. Prior to STIHL, Rob held digital commerce and product leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation.
