Imran Shahdad

Imran G. Shahdad is a seasoned Global Vice President at SAP, specializing in go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across digital commerce, marketing and consumer industries solutions. With over 20 years of experience, he has played a critical role in shaping the GTM approach for SAP Commerce Cloud and the broader Digital Experience Platform. Imran excels at bridging product strategy with market execution, driving global adoption, partner engagement, and organizational alignment to unlock customer value and accelerate growth. His deep domain expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud has made him a trusted advisor for innovation, modernization, and expansion in the digital commerce landscape. Imran is recognized for bridging strategy, technology, and talent development to accelerate organizational growth and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

In his prior leadership role as SAP North America Senior Director of Consulting, Imran oversaw consulting services across key NA regional markets, ensuring seamless project delivery and strategic alignment with client objectives. He has consistently driven business development initiatives, led executive-level engagements, and cultivated a high-impact consulting culture grounded in excellence and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, as the SAP Global Practice Leader for CX Services, Imran architected the GTM strategy for SAP CX Consulting team, led international enablement programs, and helped expand the footprint of SAP solutions globally by launching new offerings and expanding market presence in collaboration with sales and product teams.

Imran began his career in enterprise systems engineering, including a successful tenure at Verizon, where he delivered transformative solutions in lead generation and sales performance management.

Imran and his family live in Dallas, Texas. He holds a Computer Science degree with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas. Known for his leadership in GTM, CX transformation, and digital commerce, Imran continues to drive strategic initiatives that position SAP and its customers for long-term success.
