Before Shopify, he spent two decades on the agency and systems integrator side, leading platform practices on Salesforce, SAP, Commerce tools and Adobe, governing global digital transformation programs, and helping CTOs separate platform decisions from operating-model decisions.

Today his focus is agentic commerce, product-data governance, and what changes when buyers research, compare, and transact before they ever reach a merchant website.
