Ben Dwyer is the Head of Forward Deployed Engineering at Proton, the industry cloud for wholesale distributors. Ben holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from MIT, where he focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior to Proton, Ben worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised on operational strategy and technology transformation across Aerospace & Defense.

At Proton, Ben leads the forward-deployed delivery org — a team of Engagement Managers who embed directly with distribution customers to drive measurable outcomes. The team bridges the gap between software deployment and business results, working directly inside customer operations.
